1. First of all, according to the requirements of aluminum production schedule and the actual situation of aluminum extrusion die, the aluminum bar, aluminum strip and aluminum plate with proper length, correct material, smooth surface without groove and guaranteed quality (crystallization, composition, densification, no overburning) must be added.

2. Pay attention to the identification and spacing of different aluminum bars, strips and plates.

3. Pay attention to the charging position and chain width.

4. Pay attention to keep close to each other (block with angle iron, do not use aluminum material that is easy to soften at high temperature) to prevent furnace plugging.

5. Pay attention to the fact that the aluminum bar, aluminum strip and aluminum plate are not loose and fall during the handling and loading operation, so as to prevent personal injury and equipment accident.

6. Regularly check the firmness of the chain, pin, runner, tension column and other equipment.

7. Check the actual temperature of aluminum bar, aluminum strip and aluminum plate, data of instrument value (no more than 560 ℃), and cool down properly (below 520 ℃) when the machine is shut down for a long time.

8. Check the operation of the torch, circulation fan and cooling water (water pump) regularly.
